We are currently seeking adynamic, results-driven and service-oriented Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team!

Title: Luxury Leisure Sales Manager

Reporting to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Employment Type & Work Location: Full time, Remote/ Hybrid model

About the Role:

Reporting directlyto the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Luxury Leisure SalesManager is responsible for driving leisure revenue by attracting high-endtravelers, luxury tour operators, travel advisors, and premium lifestylebrands. The role focuses on positioning the hotel as a top-tier luxurydestination in Corfu while maximizing occupancy, ADR, and long-term brandpartnerships.

Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute the luxuryleisure sales strategy in line with the hotel’s annual revenue and positioninggoals
  • Drive room revenue throughluxury tour operators, wholesale partners, and high-end travel agents (FIT& leisure groups)
  • Manage contracted business andensure optimal performance of all leisure accounts
  • Represent the hotel ininternational roadshows, luxury travel fairs, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with luxury travel agents, consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature,Traveller Made), tour operators, and luxury lifestyle partners
  • Conduct regular accountreviews, negotiations, and contract renewals
  • Coordinating and hostingfamiliarization (FAM) trips and educational stays on the hotel premises, asrequired
  • Manage sales budgets relatedto leisure travel, events, and promotions

Role Requirements & Person Specification:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury leisure saleswithin a 5* hotel or luxury resort environment
  • Strong network of luxury travel agents and touroperators (international experience preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, andinterpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, andattention to detail
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strongadvantage)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Work remotely
