Sales Executive

Πλήρης απασχόλησηOptimal, on behalf of its client Within Energy, distributor and trusted partner of Castrol, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for the company’s growing commercial team in Greece.
The Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the industrial lubricants sector across Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new B2B clients across Greece.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in assigned regions.
- Conduct market analysis to support commercial strategy and identify trends.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and product support.
- Prepare and present offers, ensuring successful negotiations and contract closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales of lubricants or related industrial/automotive products.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Greece.
- Excellent command of English and Greek (written & spoken).
- Valid driving license.
