Optimal, on behalf of its client Within Energy, distributor and trusted partner of Castrol, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for the company’s growing commercial team in Greece.

The Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the industrial lubricants sector across Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new B2B clients across Greece.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in assigned regions.
  • Conduct market analysis to support commercial strategy and identify trends.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and product support.
  • Prepare and present offers, ensuring successful negotiations and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of lubricants or related industrial/automotive products.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Greece.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (written & spoken).
  • Valid driving license.
