Witha history dating back to 1987, the hotel features 340 rooms and a team of 230rofessionals and trainees, delivering high-quality services within a stunningnatural environment.

As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currentlyseeking to recruit, for season 2026 an experienced Cost Controller to lead our renewed project.

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial rolein managing and controlling costs across our hotel. You will be responsible forpreparing detailed financial reports, analyzing expenditure, and implementingcost-saving strategies while ensuring high operational standards and guestsatisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provideinsights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CostController or similar finance role in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of costcontrol principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting,forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and familiarwith financial management software.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skillsand ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experiencein a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
