About the Role
As Hotel Manager of KoSea Boutique Hotel, you will be the driving force behind the hotel’s daily operations, guest experience, and team culture. You will lead with purpose, transforming strategy into meaningful action and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the hotel’s boutique identity and the standards of Zeus Hotels & Resorts.
Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Head Office teams, you will balance people leadership, operational excellence, and commercial performance. Your role blends structure with creativity — ensuring seamless service delivery while continuously elevating the guest journey in one of Kos Island’s most vibrant destinations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the hotel team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with hotel goals and brand standards
- Oversee all operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Storage
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by proactively managing feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Monitor maintenance issues, repairs, and renovations in rooms and common areas
- Track financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, implementing actions to optimize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and guest loyalty
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local authorities
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, legal requirements, and brand standards
- Lead by example, upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct at all times
- Encourage continuous improvement through feedback, innovation, and team development initiatives

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Has a minimum of 2–3 years of management experience in city hotels, with proven operational success
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Possesses solid knowledge of hospitality standards, industry trends, and best practices
- Is confident in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities
- Is fluent in English
- Has experience with hotel management systems (knowledge of Protel is considered an advantage)
