Hydrus Engineering SA is a global engineering firm in the Maritime, Energy, Oil, and Gas sectors. We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure effective coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support daily office administration

  • Manage front desk, call center, and visitor reception operations

  • Manage schedules, calendars, meeting coordination, and meeting room bookings

  • Maintain company inventory, handle procurement, and ensure supplier compliance

  • Assist with internal communications, onboarding logistics, and employee support requests

  • Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and general office logistics

  • Coordinate office maintenance needs

  • Assist with Health & Safety / ISO procedures and occupational health documentation

  • Liaise with IT for office equipment issues and maintain related records

  • Organize and support company events and internal initiatives as required


Requirements:



  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong MS Office and English skills

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Admin support

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

  • Strong professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality
