Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone with travel-related requests
• Book and manage flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations
• Provide guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage policies, and payment/refund processes
• Handle customer concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Accurately document bookings and interactions in internal systems
• Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary (e.g., disruptions, missed connections)

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
