About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Agent, you’ll be the main contact for customers who need help before, during, or after their trip. Through digital channels, you’ll handle booking questions, itinerary updates, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—making sure every traveler feels supported from start to finish.

About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Agent, you’ll be the main contact for customers who need help before, during, or after their trip. Through digital channels, you’ll handle booking questions, itinerary updates, cancellations, refunds, and general travel concerns—making sure every traveler feels supported from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat, email, and online tools with travel-related requests
- Support reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations
- Provide guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage rules, and refund procedures
- Help with account topics such as profile updates, payments, and loyalty program support
- Identify urgent or complex cases (e.g., disruptions, missed connections) and escalate appropriately
- Log interactions accurately and document solutions clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, seamless service
- Meet quality standards, performance targets, and response-time KPIs
- Stay updated on travel policies, destination changes, tools, and service updates
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
