Job Description

• Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests


• Presenting/explaining the restaurant menu


• Provide sitting assistance by escorting guests to the tables


• Handling restaurant reservations through online booking app


• Promoting restaurant in social review sits (Trip Advisor- Google)


• Daily preparation of reports


• Demonstrate exceptional guest service,


• Coperation with all colleagues and department heads

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position within a 5* property


• Computer literacy & knowledge of restaurant reservations softwear (i-Host)


• Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages (German, Italian, French) would be considered a plus


• Strong problem-resolution, organizational & multitasking abilities


• Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Friendly & kind personality, with team spirit


• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
