Your Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Requirements

• Fluency (C1/C2) in one of the following: French / Italian / Spanish / German / Dutch / Danish
• English level B1 or higher
• EU passport or valid EU work permit
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
