Location: Thessaloniki

Position Summary

The Sales Executive, based in Thessaloniki, willsupport the growth of the leisure and event segments of Eagles Resort byidentifying partner needs, craft tailored proposals, and building lasting relationshipswith event planners, individual clients, and key leisure accounts. The rolealso contributes to event sales by coordinating corporate and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand leisure andFIT sales through regular communication with travel agents, partners, andclients
• Create customized rateproposals, seasonal offers, promotional packages, and Banquet Event Proposals(BEPs)
• Monitor allotments,availability, and partner performance to maximize revenue
• Conduct sales calls, siteinspections, and property tours for leisure and event clients
• Support event sales bycoordinating corporate and social functions, preparing proposals, andcollaborating on pricing, menus, and sales budgets
• Prepare detailed Banquet EventOrders (BEOs) and ensure all event details are communicated effectively tointernal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree inHospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent commandof Greek and English language
• Availabilityto travel as required
• Strongbusiness acumen, industry knowledge and exceptional communication skills
• Highlyorganized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
