- Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
- English C1 level (mandatory for internal communication)
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (mandatory)
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and work in a hybrid model
