Position: Customer Support (Croatian Market)
Location: Athens, Greece available onsite or remote
Start Dates: 22 December, 1 January, or 30 January
Shift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 19:00
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days/week)
Contract Type: Permanent
Monthly Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 gross
Salary Structure: Paid over 14 months per year

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers and partners
- Research and resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Support partners with room, rate, and availability questions
- Provide information using internal systems and tools
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with computers and online systems
- Resident of Greece or willing to relocate with company support
