About the Role
Provides personalized service to guests, handles inquiries and complaints, and ensures a memorable experience. Acts as the main point of contact for VIPs and regular guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a warm and friendly manner.
- Address guest inquiries via e-mail before arrival and offer recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage VIP guests and special requests, ensuring a high level of service is provided.
- Provide assistance with reservations and booking modifications.
- Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and used to improve service quality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of a PMS will be an advantage (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
