Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

Handle inquiries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when needed

Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• Native or C2 level Dutch
• Good command of English (B2 minimum)
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Athens during training and nesting period
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
