Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in line with Group requirements and business goals.
• Supervise outsourced accounting operations, ensuring timely execution of financial transactions and full compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate preparation of tax filings including VAT, VIES, INTRASTAT, and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records, supporting data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Lead the annual financial and tax audit process in collaboration with external accounting teams.
• Provide financial insights and monthly reporting to business leaders to support data-driven decisions.
• Administer payroll processes, employee leave records and ensure compliance in both company and government systems.
• Manage HR documentation, tracking employee onboarding, contract updates, and leave management.
• Oversee operational contracts such as car leases, telecom services, and vendor agreements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Economics.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role (previous experience as an Accountant in Big 4, Banking or Real Estate would be considered a plus).
• Excellent command of the English Language (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Greek labor law and administrative processes is considered a plus
• Experience in ERP system will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Must be responsible, self-managed and detail oriented.
