We are looking for a HCM & Payroll Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
As a HCM & Payroll Consultant, you will support clients in optimizing HR and Payroll systems, provide guidance on business processes, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver training to ensure effective software adoption.

We are looking for a HCM & Payroll Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
As a HCM & Payroll Consultant, you will support clients in optimizing HR and Payroll systems, provide guidance on business processes, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver training to ensure effective software adoption.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provided consulting expertise for HR & Payroll software, helping teams and clients optimize system usage.
- Advised on business processes based on a strong understanding of HR and Payroll functions.
- Troubleshot and resolved HR & Payroll issues for both customers and partners, ensuring accurate and timely updates in ticketing systems.
- Designed, developed, and delivered end-user training sessions to enhance adoption and efficiency.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a relevant field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR and/or Payroll roles.
- 3+ years of experience in the Business Software sector.
- Excellent knowledge of HR/Payroll software products.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and procedures.
- Outstanding customer-oriented skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Client Relationship Management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced Project Management skills.
- Business Analysis skills.
- Very good command of the English language.
