Πλήρης απασχόλησηGuest Communication & Service Requests: Handle guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and otherchannels, ensuring prompt follow-up. Coordinate with departments to fulfill room service, dietary, andspecial requests.
Daily Reporting & Arrangements: Update and manage daily reports, including VIParrivals and special requests. Verify next-day reports for accuracy inguest preferences and requirements.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction: Identify VIP guests and organize personalized touches(e.g., offers, cakes, diets). Prevent duplicate arrangements andmaintain up-to-date guest profiles.
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the Concierge Manager anddepartments for seamless guest service. Ensure clear, timely communication withguests via Callbell, phone, and in person.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Proven experience inhospitality, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
- Experience inguest-facing or call-handling roles such as concierge, front office,reservations, or call center.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are astrong asset).
- Computerliteracy, including MS Office, Opera PMS, and messaging tools like WhatsApp orCallbell.
- Stronginterpersonal skills and a genuine service-oriented attitude.
