Senior Information Security Analyst 

As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will assist the Information Security Officer in safeguarding the organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Your role will involve supporting the development and implementation of Information Security Policies, operational resilience practices,  risk assessments, ensuring governance across all information security domains and continuously improving company’s Information Security posture in accordance with the latest industry developments. 

Your day-to-day: 

• Support ISMS Implementation: Assist in developing and applying information security policies, standards, and controls (e.g. ISO 27001). 
• Enhance Security & Resilience: Promote security best practices and frameworks (e.g. NIST), helping to strengthen operational effectiveness. 
• Risk & Compliance Monitoring: Support the information security risk management process and ensure alignment with regulatory standards (e.g. DORA). 
• Business Continuity: Coordinate activities related to the Business Continuity Management system and support incident response. 
• Act as a Security Liaison: Serve as a central contact point for information security and business continuity topics, providing guidance across units. 
• Raise Awareness: Promote a security-conscious culture through trainings, sessions, and campaigns. 

What we are looking for:  

• Academic Background: Αcademic background in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. 
• Professional Experience: Professional experience in information security, IT risk, or a similar area. 
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Security+ will be a plus. 
• Security Knowledge: Understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and technologies like firewalls, DLP, VPN, IAM. 
• Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complexity. 
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
