Back Office Buying Department – Key Responsibilities



  1. Support daily purchasing operations, including data entry, order processing and documentation.

  2. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information and contract details.

  3. Monitor order status, delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.

  4. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Import) to ensure smooth workflow.

  5. Prepare reports according to department’s needs.

  6. Assist in sourcing activities, market research and supplier evaluations.

  7. Manage filing systems, digital archives and procurement databases.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and department’s procedures.


Required Qualifications



  1. Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel).

  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  3. Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.

  4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  5. Good command of English (written & spoken).


Preferred Skills



  1. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Navision).

  2. Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.

  3. Previous experience in fashion industry.
