Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Start Dates: Multiple openings in January & February

Work Setup: On-site or Remote (location-dependent)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts

Relocation: Full relocation package available for those moving abroad

About The Role

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams supporting global brands. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication
  • Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to solve customer concerns
  • Keep accurate notes of customer interactions


Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2)
  • Good level of English (B1+)
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
