Junior Facilities Associate - Thessaloniki

Our company is looking for a Junior Facilities AssociateThessaloniki to support the Facilities Manager and the Facilities Department in the daily management and maintenance of the company’s facilities.

Junior Facilities Associate

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Assisting with projects and annual maintenance tasks
• Performing small repairs and hands-on work
• Opening/closing building facilities when required
• Following safe working practices and using appropriate safety equipment
• Responding to emergency situations (on-call)
• Supervising small projects under the guidance of the Facilities Manager
• The role requires professional travel within Northern Greece for business-related purposes

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical installations
• Proficiency in using a computer
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel
• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of technical works
• Knowledge/understanding of mechanical/architectural drawings

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in facility management or maintenance projects
• Educational seminars in fields such as safety, maintenance, or electrical work
• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) or other building management systems
• Knowledge of automation or ability to identify facility/system issues

Skills:

• Problem-solving abilities and technical thinking
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle demanding situations
• Coordination skills with other departments and external contractors
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools
• Ability to provide technical support in daily tasks
