Customer Service Operation

Transport Providers & Shipping S.M. S.A. (T.P.S. Greece S.M. S.A.) a Freight Forwarding company based at Thessaloniki, Greece is seeking to recruit a person for the operations department.

The candidate must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, a university degree in Marketing/Shipping/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Business Administration and professional knowledge degree in English language.

Basic Qualifications

• University Education: Ideally Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Operation Research/ Business Administration subjects
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service, 3 to 4 years
• Very good Knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced level in English (spoken, written), second language will be an advance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to the detail and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
