Tolead and inspire the operation of assigned restaurant(s) or outlet(s), ensuringan exceptional guest experience, strong team engagement, and sustainedfinancial performance. The Outlet Senior Manager is fully accountable for theoutlet’s results — driving excellence through people leadership, servicestandards, and operational consistency.
Asthe cornerstone of the outlet’s success, this role focuses on building andmaintaining a cohesive, motivated team each season, ensuring continuity,commitment, and alignment with the resort’s culture and standards. This roleacts as the central link between the outlet team and divisional leadership,ensuring consistency, coaching, and operational excellence across all servicetouchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Excellence
- Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, ensuring seamlesscoordination and consistency in service delivery.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to lead by example,supporting service during key operational hours.
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, HACCP, and allhealth, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Bars teams toguarantee integrated guest experience.
- Oversee equipment condition and functionality within theoutlet, ensuring timely reporting of issues and submitting purchase ormaintenance requests through the ERP system in line with group procedures.
People Leadership & Team Continuity
- Build and lead ahigh-performing seasonal team, creating a positive, respectful, and motivatingwork environment.
- Ensure effectivepre-opening preparation, onboarding, and continuous training for new andreturning team members.
- Maintain closecommunication with key team members during the off-season to foster loyalty,engagement, and retention.
- Take full ownership ofoutlet-level recruitment and selection, ensuring each hire aligns with servicestandards and team culture.
- Inspire and coach theteam toward professional growth, accountability, and consistent performance.
Financial & Business Performance
- Manage the outlet’sP&L, budgets, and forecasts to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Implement cost-controland upselling strategies to optimize profitability.
- Track and analyze keybusiness metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in revenue, labor,and guest satisfaction.
- Promote and monitorenergy and water efficiency practices within the outlet, ensuring responsibleresource use and alignment with sustainability standards.
Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure a welcoming andmemorable guest experience that reflects the resort’s service philosophy.
- Proactively monitorguest feedback, implement action plans, and drive service recovery whenrequired.
- Maintain high visibilityduring service to engage with guests and support the team in real time.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate closely withthe Head and Deputy Head of F&B, ensuring alignment on divisional goals andstandards.
- Facilitate dailybriefings, pre-service meetings, and clear communication within the outletteam.
- Supportcross-departmental coordination for events, promotions, and special operations.
Crisis & Incident Management
- Lead guest incidenthandling within the outlet, ensuring professional communication, servicerecovery, and accurate documentation.
- Support emergencyprocedures within the outlet by ensuring employee readiness, adherence tosafety protocols, and coordinated response with relevant departments.
- Identify and mitigateoperational risks by monitoring safety, equipment, and workflow issues,escalating promptly to F&B leadership when required.
Accountability
- Full accountability forthe outlet’s operational, financial, and team performance.
- Responsible for creatinga motivated, returning team and ensuring consistent service standards eachseason.
- Accountable forachieving the outlet’s KPIs and upholding brand and divisional goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury resort or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple venues simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest-centric mindset.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and HACCP guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
