- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting
- Assist with software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Escalate advanced issues to specialized teams
- Guide customers with clarity and patience
- Danish fluency + English B2+
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
