We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who blends strategic vision withcreativity and a deep love for hospitality.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/ Marketing Manager, locatedin Athens & Santorini. The Sales Manager/ Marketing Manager will beresponsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managingclient relationships, and meeting the sales targets of the company. The rolewill also involve promoting Apeiron Hotels unique offerings, coordinating withthe marketing team, and conducting market research to stay updated on industrytrends, participating in the local and international exhibitions.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years previous experience.
- Creative mindset and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Sales and Marketing Development skills.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals for existing and new markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Passion for travel, storytelling, and meaningful guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Market research and analysis skills.
- Experience with PMS systems and booking engines.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Fluency in Greek and English. Additional language is a plus.
