Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the technical team, ensuringhigh performance, motivation, and adherence to resort standards. Train andsupport technicians, evaluating performance and providing guidance forimprovement.
Operations Management: Oversee the setup, installation, and operation oflighting and sound systems for all entertainment events. Troubleshoot technicalissues quickly to ensure seamless execution and maintain luxury servicequality.
Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all audio, lighting, and stage equipment isproperly set up, maintained, and stored. Manage inventory, plan equipmentpurchases, and monitor maintenance schedules.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Entertainment andOperations teams, artists, and vendors to deliver technically flawless events.Maintain safety standards and compliance with health and fire regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Sound Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in live event sound and lighting operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital soundboards and lighting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
