RPA Engineer 

As part of a dynamic Business Analysis & Application Development Governance Team you will play a key role in driving innovation in insurance technology. We are looking for a proactive RPA Engineer who can design, build, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline repetitive tasks and optimize business performance. 

Your day-to-day: 

• Collaborate Across Departments: Liaise with various organization departments and the Business Analysis team to discover and design RPA solutions. 
• Develop and Test RPA Processes: Develop, configure, and test processes via RPA tools. 
• Post-Implementation Support: Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, ensuring smooth business operations. 
• Issue Resolution: Resolve potential issues to guarantee uninterrupted business functions. 
• Documentation: Produce process documentation to capture mistakes and successes, refining processes continuously. 

What we are looking for: 

• Educational background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Professional experience: 1 year of hands-on experience with the UiPath Platform will be an asset. 
• Technical skills: Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, or C# programming languages. 
• Familiarity with web technologies: Understanding of Regular Expressions and RESTful APIs. 
• Automation expertise: Ability to set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure seamless business operations without errors. 
• Analytical mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. 
• Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

It’s nice to have: 

• UiPath Certification  
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns. 
• Knowledge in one of the following programming languages: Java, Python. 
• Experience in data process analysis to enhance automation initiatives.
