Job Role: As a Lifeguard, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure swimming environment. You will supervise pool activities, prevent accidents, and respond quickly to emergencies, always ensuring the well-being of our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area.
• Provide guests with a safe, welcoming, and comfortable poolside experience.
• Inspect and maintain pool facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Enforce pool rules and promote safe swimming practices.
• Act swiftly and effectively by following emergency procedures when necessary.
• Keep accurate reports of incidents, maintenance, and guest interactions.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Knowledge of a third language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, etc.) is desirable
• Must possess Lifeguard certification (from public or private institutions, validated from the Greek Port Authorities)
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR (Red Cross certification) highly desirable
• University degree in Sports Science or other additional specialties /certifications will be valued accordingly.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Positive attitude and commitment to ensuring guest safety.
