Front Office Agent

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Position Summary

The Front Office Agent will have to provideexcellent customer focused service to all guests according to company’sstandards with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure apolite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s relatedoperations (check in/out, payments, keep front desk tidy, answer and redirectall incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distributethem)
• Build fullknowledge of hotel, services and local area
• Monitorfront office expenses, order material supplies and all necessary hoteldocuments
• Maintain atall times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Ensureexcellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentialityof guest’s information and follow proper protocol

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Minimum 2years’ experience in a similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellentknowledge of English language; a second language (German, Russian or Turkish)will be considered as a plus
• Computerliteracy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs
• Stronginterpersonal and organizational abilities, problem solving person
• Pleasantpersonality with enviable customer service skills, a team player passionateabout the job and focused on providing high quality results
