This role is for someone who loves the craft of account management: building strong day-to-day relationships with clients, keeping teams aligned, and making sure great work gets delivered smoothly. You’ll support the daily management of a portfolio of accounts, acting as a key liaison between the client and our internal teams, helping with campaign planning and execution, and ensuring every deliverable is met on time, within scope, and at the level of quality our clients expect.

- You can keep strategic alignment across campaigns while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
What your day-to-day looks like
- Ongoing management and coordination of projects across the account.
- Understanding the client’s business needs and ensuring alignment with proposed solutions.
- Facilitating communication among all involved teams (creative, production, planning, media, traffic).
- Providing regular updates on progress, deadlines, and checkpoints—internally and to the client.
- Creating progress reports for projects and deliverables.
- Monitoring deadlines and making sure work stays on timeline.
- Overseeing the quality and consistency of deliverables across channels and formats.
- Preparing timelines and basic cost estimates in collaboration with the Account team.
- Daily collaboration with creative, production, and traffic teams to keep workflow smooth.
- Monitoring workflow and flagging risks, delays, or dependencies early—before they become problems.
- Maintaining files, meeting minutes, and task orders.
- Collecting and summarizing briefs, and creating job orders that set teams up for success.
As an Account Manager, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing/Communication or related field is a plus)
- 1–4 years in a similar role (advertising / client services)
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Strong understanding of basic digital concepts + fundamentals of design and production
- Modern tool fluency: Microsoft 365 and familiarity with basic AI tools
- Problem-solving skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure
- Initiative, eagerness to learn, and true team spirit
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in presentations
