Marketing Campaigns Specialist– Ref. 6075/MCS/ESS/GR

Job Profile

This role involves designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that reach millions of consumers nationwide. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset - driving impactful campaigns from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and communication goals.
• Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities across multiple channels, including TV, print, social media, and in-store activations.
• Organize and oversee physical, digital (phygital), and experiential events that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with advertising agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet high production standards.
• Safeguard brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity across all communication materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
• Professional experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally involving both ATL and BTL activities.
• Experience in activities across multiple channels is a must
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
• High level of creativity combined with structured thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with readiness to travel and actively support marketing events.
