About The Role

This role involves providing customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service. The position offers remote work options within Greece, with full training and equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Identify customer needs and escalate when necessary.
• Follow internal guidelines and service procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update records.

Requirements

• Norwegian C2/native level.
• English B2 level for internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece.
