Mechanical Engineer - Site Supervisor for Fit-out works

Weare currently looking for an M&E Site Supervisor for Fit-out works tojoin our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

As an M&E Site Supervisor, you will be responsiblefor overseeing and managing MEP works in fit-out projects from start to finish.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor the implementation of all MEP tasks, provision of instructions andcoordination daily to MEP subcontractors and suppliers of the project
• Dailysupervision and evaluation of technicians’ quality
• Check thematerials and equipment delivered by the suppliers
• Recordvariations and inconsistencies with the study and provide guidance forcorrective actions
• Distributionof approved designs to all the workers
• Keep track ofproject progress and schedule
• Dailysecurity check
• SiteCoordination

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Minimum 5years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction site worksof fit-out projects
• Excellentcommunication skills of spoken and written English
• Very goodknowledge of MS Office programs and AutoCAD design
