Strategic Partners is leading a confidential executive search for a high-growth client operating in the advanced Pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the annual financial plan and the mid-term strategic plan.
• Monitor cash flows, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage banking relationships (credit lines, LCs, factoring).
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, external accountants and auditors.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of R&D, BE studies and licensing-related expenses.
• Supervise payroll, HR compliance, headcount and personnel budgeting.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting (EBITDA, GM, KPIs) and presentations for Management and shareholders.
• Identify, submit and manage financing programs and grants.
• Prepare business cases, conduct CAPEX modeling (NPV, IRR, payback) and coordinate investment financing.
• Evaluate commercial and operational contracts, review clauses and support risk mitigation.
• Lead pricing strategy, costing, commercial finance support and credit approval processes.
