Purpose of the job

AsReservations & Revenue Coordinator, you are responsible for handlingindividual reservations and supporting the hotel’s commercial strategy. Youcombine guest-focused service with analytical insight to optimize both theguest experience and hotel revenue. You act as the link between the guest,hotel team, and commercial departments, actively contributing to maximizingRevPAR, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.

Most important Responsibilities and Tasks

Revenue Management & Analysis

  • Set and adjust pricing strategies in line with market demand, booking pace, and competitor activity
  • Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts and support budgeting processes
  • Monitor booking patterns, cancellations, lead times, and conversion rates to identify risks and opportunities
  • Analyse distribution channels and advise on optimisations to improve profitability and reduce cost of sale
  • Maintain rate parity and availability across all platforms (OTA, GDS, direct channels)
  • Support rate loading and inventory control for corporate, consortia, and leisure segments
  • Track performance against forecast and budget, and provide variance analysis with recommendations
  • Participate in weekly commercial meetings, presenting results, trends, and tactical actions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce to drive direct bookings and campaign performance
  • Identify revenue opportunities in secondary outlets such as F&B, parking, and events
  • Ensure blackout dates, overbooking strategies, and group cut-off dates are managed effectively

Reservations & Guest Service

  • Process and manage all individual bookings and reservation changes
  • Ensure all guest requirements and special requests are handled accurately and on time
  • Actively up-sell and cross-sell hotel services and facilities to maximise revenue and enhance guest experience
  • Respond to emails and phone calls within 8 hours during workdays
  • Prepare pro forma invoices, handle commission queries, and support financially related tasks
  • Perform daily checklist tasks including arrival checks, system updates, and reservation audits
  • Work closely with Front Office and F&B teams to align guest experience with commercial goals
  • Keep the PMS system accurate and up to date

Collaboration & Communication

  • Participate in team and commercial meetings
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Finance
  • Lives and communicate the brand mission, vision and values of each brand of Sircle Collection
  • Being a brand ambassador and example to the team
  • Establish and maintain visibility of Sircle Collection to all our guests
  • Ensure your welfare, health & safety and security comply with law and local standards/policies

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in reservations, revenue, or customer service
  • Experience in forecasting and performance analysis is a plus
  • Analytical and commercial mindset
  • Experience with PMS and Excel (Optima experience is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), Greek is a plus.
  • Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Commercially driven and passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, hands-on, and guest-focused
