We are looking for a Procurement Buyer – Indirect Services & Products to join our Procurement team, based in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will support the sourcing and management of indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, strong supplier partnerships, and high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.

Your role will encompass:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as marketing, IT services, facilities, travel, utilities, HR services, MRO, and professional services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and understand industry trends.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost savings and mitigate risks.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and support improvement actions when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver value-added procurement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchasing data, and supplier documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement organization.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • +3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within indirect categories.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
