We’re searching for a Finance Specialist who will help us with financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records, etc.
- Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies.
- Ownership of preparing insightful financial reports.
- Administrative Tasks: Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks.
- Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely.
- Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership and responsibility.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative and independent work environment.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
- For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
