Junior Architectural Engineer

CG+A & Partners is anarchitectural company with extensive experience in the architectural design andsupervision of a wide range of residential, retail, office, mixed-use,industrial and hospitality projects of various scales in Greece andInternationally.

Role Description: This is a full-time, Junior Architectposition based in Athens.

The role requires close coordination with the SeniorArchitect.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing architectural designs
• Collaborating with other design discipline engineers (Structural, MEP)
• Preparing building permit file submission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein architecture
• Strong sense of architectural synthesis (functionality andaesthetics)
• Knowledge of Greek urban planning, building regulations andbuilding permitting procedures
• Excellent Teamwork and collaboration skills towork effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to use AutoCADand related architectural tools (Rhino, Photoshop)
• Excellent command of Greekand English languages
• Over 3 years of proven experience in residential &hospitality design projects
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, andcommunication skills All applications will be handled with strict confidence
