We are currently hiring for Milos, looking for a highly energetic and passionate Front Office Agent, joining our team at Domes White Coast Milos, our 5* hotel, for the 2026 season.
Front Office Agent
The Role:
TheFront Office Agent at Domes Resorts plays a key role in providing excellentguest service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception desk. Thisposition is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins andcheck-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all guests experience apleasant and memorable stay.
Some of the responsibilities:
Guest Services
- Greetingand welcoming guests upon arrival and departure.
- Performcheck-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provideinformation and respond to inquiries about hotel services, facilities, andamenities.
- Handleguest requests and complaints in a professional, timely manner, escalatingissues when necessary.
Reservations, Room Assignments & Promotions
- Processroom reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assignrooms based on guest preferences and availability according to supervisors’guidelines.
- Upsellroom upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue.
- PromoteHotel Facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa etc.
Payment & Cash Handling
- Managebilling processes, including payment collection and issuing invoices.
- Roomcharges, and process other financial transactions.
- Maintainaccurate records of all transactions.
Communication & Coordination
- Answerincoming phone calls and emails, ensuring appropriate handling withprofessionalism.
- Liaisewith other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food and beverage) to ensureseamless guest service.
- Maintaina working knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, local area, and events to provideaccurate information to guests.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintaina clean and organized front desk area.
- Keepguest records up to date in the hotel's property management system (Opera).
- Preparedaily reports on room occupancy, guest arrivals/departures, and otheroperational metrics.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensurea high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback andmaintaining professionalism.
- Gatherfeedback through guest interactions and report any service improvementopportunities.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Useful to have:
- Bachelor’sdegree or Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
- Previousexperience in front office, or guest services in a luxury hospitalityenvironment is preferred.
- Knowledgeof the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
- Proficiencywith property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software.
