GEPAWORLD — Greece’s leading apparel production and distribution group and home to two of Europe’s most dynamic brands, GSA and JEPA — is seeking a highly qualified Export Sales Manager to drive international business development and sales expansion.
We are looking for a results-oriented professional, especially with a proven track record in exporting to sports retail chains, supermarkets, and apparel-related distribution channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excels in lead generation and relationship management, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across European and Middle East markets, focusing on sports retailers, supermarkets, off-price chains, and apparel distributors.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and achieving sales targets.
• Manage and expand GEPAWORLD’s sales network throughout Europe and ME, supporting agents, distributors, and key accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive market research by country and retailer type, identifying potential partners and evaluating competitive landscapes.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, sales proposals, and follow-up communications.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar export sales role, ideally within apparel, sportswear or related categories.
• Demonstrated success in exporting
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German or French is highly valued. Additional languages are a strong asset.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• High level of organization, professionalism, and ability to operate independently.
