What you’ll work on



  • Build, manage and optimize campaigns.


  • Structure accounts and campaigns using platform best practices: ad groups, asset groups, audiences, and segmentation that supports the funnel.


  • Develop and refine Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), ad assets and creatives in collaboration with the Creative team.


  • Improve scale and efficiency through audience signals, custom segments, and placement/audience adjustments.


  • Support product-led accounts via Merchant Center, feeds and product performance insights (where applicable).


  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement with the team: GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode, and Data-Driven Attribution.


  • Deliver clear reporting, highlighting performance, insights, and next actions.


  • Contribute to testing plans (creative, audiences, landing pages) and document learnings

    What we’re looking for



    • 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads.

    • Ability to hit business KPIs through platform levers (ROAS, CPA, lead quality, revenue growth).

    • Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, and performance reporting.

    • Confidence in diagnosing issues and improving results through systematic testing and optimisation.

    • Experience across e-commerce and/or lead generation accounts.

    • Team-first mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

    • Google Ads certifications (or readiness to obtain quickly).



    Nice to have



    • Experience with Demand Gen or additional paid platforms (Meta/TikTok).

    • CRO awareness and interest in landing page performance.

    • Feed management experience for Shopping/PMax.
