Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly support to Danish-speaking customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Follow company policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Danish: Native or C2 level (spoken & written).
- English: B2+ level for internal communication.
- No previous experience required full training included.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece (or already living in Greece).
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
- Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training.
