Requirements
In this role, you will manage a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve your performance, contribute to team goals, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Requirements
- Fluent Croatian, with confident communication in English
- EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and active-listening skills
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to support others
- Ability to navigate systems, multitask and handle different tools
- Adaptability to shift schedules if required by the project
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
