DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic andnon-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy in recipes and consistency in taste,presentation, and quality
• Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and createpersonalized drink experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails,specialties, and current mixology trends.
• Recommend beverages and pairings through confidentsuggestive selling and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team toensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy,and discretion.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, andrestock bar supplies as needed.
• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standardsand regulations.
• Verify legal drinking age and promote responsiblealcohol service at all times.
• Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties inalignment with operational standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the BarManager or Food & Beverage leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining venue, or high-end cocktail bar.
• Sufficient knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation techniques.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
