Luxury boutique hotel IKIES SANTORINI seeks to employ an enthusiastic and hard-working professional for the position of

Groom/Bellboy

DUTIES:

• Welcome guests keeping highest standards of hospitality service.
• Assist with luggage, escort guests to their room including delivering luggage to their rooms, retrieving luggage upon check-out, and storing luggage as needed
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service at all times
• Check all the hotel areas ensuring all maintenance needs are attended to
• Know all property offerings as well as local area
• Be aware of all room features and able to assist with any guest's requests
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, including providing additional amenities or supplies as needed
• Perform other relevant duties and assist in other tasks as assigned by management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• A minimum experience of 2 years in similar position in a 4-5 star hotel
• An excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
• A people centric philosophy and a courteous demeanor
• Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated personality
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Team player and problem solver
• Well-presented and in good physical condition
• Ideally Santorini resident
