DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take clear handover: review and aline open items and priorities.

Open/verify cashier, run scheduled backup reports on specific timings as required.

Monitor daily hotel status.

Ensure everything is arranged properly for the next day.

Update Opera for arrivals/departures, keep data clean and current.

Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B etc.) on several matters.

Verify postings of the day are done promptly and pre-audit next-day bills. Confirm department closures.

Perform check-outs and check-ins with complete information.

Respond promptly to reception channels, action guest requests and note follow-ups for next shift.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years’ experience in a Front Office/Reception role (luxury resort preferred).

Strong communication and guest-service mindset; warm, clear, and professional interaction.

Excellent English, additional languages and knowledge of Santorini Island are a plus.

Proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office; confident with postings, check-ins/outs, and reporting.

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Cash handling accuracy and end-of-shift cashier closing experience.

Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; collaborative with cross-functional teams.
