Role Description:

This is afull-time, on-site leadership position for an experienced General Manager basedin Rhodes. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of alarge 4-star All-Inclusive resort, ensuring the highest standards of guestsatisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

The rolerequires a results-driven leader with a strong focus on service quality, staffdevelopment, and sustainable growth.

Dailyresponsibilities include supervising department heads, implementing brandstandards, optimizing operational budgets, and ensuring smooth coordinationbetween all hotel functions—from Front Office and F&B to Maintenance,Entertainment, and Guest Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire all departmentmanagers and teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, includingbudgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies,legal requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implementcontinuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the corporatemanagement team on strategic planning, marketing, and revenue management.
• Maintain high morale and a positive workenvironment aligned with the Group’s culture and values.
• Represent the hotel in community andindustry events to enhance brand visibility.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as GeneralManager or Executive Assistant Manager in a 4-star or 5-star resort environment(All-Inclusive experience strongly preferred).
• Proven leadership, communication, anddecision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations,rooms division, and guest engagement strategies.
• Solid financial and analytical acumen withexperience in P&L management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solvingabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management,Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge ofGreek or additional European languages considered an asset.
