About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first person customers reach out to when they need help before, during, or after their trip. Using digital channels, you’ll assist with everything from booking questions to itinerary updates, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related concerns—making sure every traveler feels supported at each step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via chat, email, and other digital platforms with travel-related questions
  • Help with bookings for flights, accommodation, car rentals, or activities, including changes and cancellations
  • Provide guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage policies, and refund procedures
  • Support account-related requests such as profile updates, payment issues, or loyalty program inquiries
  • Identify complex or urgent cases (e.g., disruptions, missed connections) and escalate them through the proper channels
  • Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, efficient support
  • Meet performance, quality, and response-time targets on a regular basis
  • Stay up to date on travel policies, destination updates, tools, and service improvements to better assist customers


Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
