About The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with their travel-related questions, reservations, account issues, cancellations, refunds, and more.

What Youll Do
- ️Support customers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch & English
- Manage bookings, changes, cancellations & refunds
- Provide accurate information on services, payments, and policies
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
- Work collaboratively to resolve more complex case
- Meet quality and performance goals
- Fluency in German & English (written & spoken)
- EU citizenship or Residence Card with Full Market Access
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multicultural, international team
- Prior customer support experience = big plus!
- Remote within Greece only (no travel/working abroad without approval)
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotations Mon-Sun 10.00 - 19.30
- Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours/week)
- 1,380 gross x 14 salaries/year
- Performance bonus (details to be confirmed)
- 14 salaries annually (including Easter + Summer + Christmas bonuses)
