THEMA S.A. is looking for a candidate for the following position:

Power Supply and Traction Power Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily maintenance activities for Power Supply and Traction Power systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to plans.
• Supports complex fault diagnosis and provides technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Monitors and supports Chief Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensures compliance with technical, safety, and quality procedures across all operations.
• Reviews, consolidates, and reports maintenance activity updates to senior management.
• Contributes to the development of training programs to enhance team skills and promote knowledge sharing.
• Updates and optimizes maintenance strategies, systems, and documentation (e.g., SAP).
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
• Participates in recruitment, staff development, and performance evaluation.
• Ensures all maintenance work is performed by certified and properly trained personnel.
• Coordinates communication between maintenance teams and other departments.
• Available to work in all required shifts.

Education, Experience and Key Skills:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power supply/traction power and team management (railway experience considered an asset).
• Technical expertise in high-voltage systems, switchboards, transformers, rectifiers, MV cabling, protection systems, UPS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, isolation procedures, Power SCADA systems, and IED/RTU/PLC/network configuration.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Electrician A’ Specialty – Group 4 license is mandatory.
